Pricing depends on the number of envelopes, ink color, style, and any custom requests. As a general guide:
Outer envelope addressing starts at $6.50 per envelope.
Inner + outer addressing packages start at $9 per set.
Specialty ink colors (such as blush, champagne, or some metallics) add a $75 custom ink fee.

I Get to Work: Once I have your envelopes and guest list, I’ll take care of everything—you just sit back and relax!

I recommend sending at least 15-20% more envelopes than your guest list to account for errors, changes, or additions.
For example, if your guest list is 100 addresses, you should plan to send 115-120 envelopes.
I also keep extra envelopes on hand after your project is complete. If you realize you’ve made a mistake, forgotten someone, or need an additional address at the last minute (like a long-lost great aunt 🖋️), I can quickly address those extras without needing you to send more materials back to me.

Yes! My house ink colors are black, white, gold, and silver. I also offer custom mixed colors (blush, champagne, dove gray, etc.) for a $75 flat fee to cover sourcing, mixing, and testing time.
If you have a particular color in mind, get in touch, and I’ll make it happen!

Not at all! I work with clients across the U.S., and envelope calligraphy is easy to ship—whether you're planning from Charlottesville, Pittsburgh, or anywhere in between.
If you're local to the Charlottesville area, you're welcome to drop off and pick up materials from my studio by appointment.
For non-local clients, most projects are handled via shipping. You can either:
Ship your envelopes or materials directly to me, or
Have your stationer send them to my studio
Once your calligraphy is complete, I’ll package everything with care and ship it back to you (or your stationer) ready to assemble, send, and swoon over.
