For activations, 6-8 weeks is ideal — sooner during peak season (fall and holiday). Rush bookings are occasionally available, so reach out regardless of your timeline.

Both. Most clients provide or source the items and I handle personalization on-site. I can also source and coordinate materials directly for clients who’d rather hand off logistics entirely.

Yes. I’m based in Virginia and regularly travel to DC, Richmond, Charlottesville, Pittsburgh, and Harrisburg. For events beyond that region, travel fees apply.
